GIVING TO OLAATI

Working in collaboration with Bishop Brian McGee, 11th Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Argyll and the Isles, OLAATI aims to make a tangible and practical, positive impact for remote Scottish Catholic Communities and their families, as well as ensuring the many visitors to the Diocese, can access the Holy Eucharist and Catholic Mass across the islands and villages of Northern and Western Scotland.

is a 501(c) (3) tax-exempt nonprofit, with donations generally

tax deductible as allowed by United States law.

OUR FUNDS

You can choose to direct your donation towards one of our funds, or to the General Use Fund where it will go to the area of most need.

The Active Priest Operating Fund supports the stipend, living, and travel costs of the active Priests in the Diocese.

This Fund supports the education of new Priests for the Diocese  both in Scotland and in Rome.

This Fund supports Priests who are ill or have retired after a life of commitment to the Priesthood in the Diocese of Argyll and the Isles.

The Diocesan Maintenance and Refurbishment Fund for Churches and Rectories, including Oban Cathedral.

Our Lady of Argyll and The Isles (OLAATI) is a United States of America Charity 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization founded in 2023 in Phoenix, AZ with the purpose of providing financial support to the Catholic Church operating in Remote Rural and Island Communities of Scotland.
